The hopstakel is the latest showpiece from Opener Bier after the hospitality industry was allowed to reopen following the lockdown. A powerhouse of an Imperial / Double IPA, beautifully copper-colored, and unlike many other DIPAs, this one is considerably darker. It is brewed with Magnum, Amarillo, Cascade, and Mosaic hops. Strongly bitter, yet with fruity notes and a substantial alcohol content, just as a DIPA should be!
