Wild cod over 8 kg, sourced from Iceland, Norway, or Denmark. The whole cod is cured with salt and sugar and cold-smoked (max. 4°C) with pinewood from the Mediterranean region. Recommended to serve in thin slices or cubes, at room temperature. Approximately 30 pieces per tray, each piece weighs about 12 grams. The oil is smoked and of high quality (50% extra virgin olive oil and 50% sunflower oil). Perfect for vinaigrettes or smoked mayonnaise.
