Black Ranch charcoal is exclusively available at HANOS. The type Quebracho charcoal comes from Argentina from the Quebracho tree (stone oak). The name comes from the Spanish 'Quiebra Hacha', which means 'breaks the axe'. The product density of the Quebracho wood species is 40%. This makes it one of the hardest wood species in the world. As a result, the product has a very long burning time. The charcoal can reach temperatures of 750 °C. The coals also emit pleasant scent and flavor aromas. Extremely suitable for charcoal ovens in the ceramic barbecue.
