The smaller variant of the well-known cucumber. Due to its small size, this cucumber is very suitable as a snack in between, hence the name. Due to the beautiful fresh green color, snack cucumbers are ideal for a platter, for example, as a dipping vegetable. Our chefs sliced the snack cucumbers into thin slices and added some sweet and sour as a garnish for a gently cooked mackerel.
