Souplesse is a quick and easy-to-process chocolate coating, ideal for decorating and coating desserts and other sweet creations. The souplesse becomes hard but does not break. The coating is even freezer and cut resistant, after defrosting no condensation forms on your creation. The easiest way is to heat the open buckets in the microwave for three minutes. Stir well and use a clean spoon to take out the required amount. You can do this endlessly without risk.
