Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a glass dish (30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm) with butter and set aside until needed.
  3. Sift the flour, baking soda, and sugar together into a mixing bowl.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg very well and add the apricot jam, vinegar, melted butter, and milk. Mix well.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
  7. Grease one side of a sheet of aluminum foil with butter, place the greased side down over the pudding, and bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven until the pudding is well risen and brown.
  8. Heat the ingredients for the sauce. Make sure the sugar and butter melt and keep stirring until a homogeneous sauce forms.
  9. Let the sauce reduce slightly and keep warm until the pudding is cooked.
  10. Remove the pudding from the oven as soon as it is done.
  11. Remove the foil and pour the sauce over

  1. For the pear chips, preheat the oven to 120°C.
  2. Slice the pear as thinly as possible using a mandoline.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the pear slices over it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven or until the slices are dried out and crispy, but not browned.
  5. Remove the chips from the oven
