Abuelo Cooler

Ron Abuelo 7 Años has been aged for seven years in used whiskey and bourbon barrels. Proof that age is not always decisive, but craftsmanship all the more so.

Ingredients

45mlRon Abuelo 7 Años
10mlMandarine Napoleon
30mlLime juice
15mlHoney syrup (2:1)
Ginger ale
Ice cubes
Ginger slice
Mandarin segment
Star anise

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a long drink glass filled with ice and stir gently.
  2. Garnish with a slice of ginger, a mandarin segment, and star anise.
