
Alsa Sweet Chocolate

7.5Whipped cream
195gAlsa panna cotta mix
7.5Semi-skimmed milk
90gsalted caramel paste
2Semi-skimmed milk
520gchocolate fondant mix
192gAlsa chocolate mousse
4Water
caramel cubes
Alsa caramel sea salt topping
chocolate shards
Preparation
- Bring the milk and cream to a boil.
- Add the panna cotta mix and bring to a boil again.
- Add the salted caramel paste.
- Let cool to 35°C.
- Fill the glasses to 1/3 full.
- Let set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the milk with the mix until smooth.
- Grease a cake tin with spray. Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 175°C.
- Let cool.
- Mix the mix with water.
- Whip the mixture for 3-4 minutes at high speed.
- Put the mousse in a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice.
- Break the fondant into small pieces.
- Place the cake on the caramel panna cotta.
- Pipe the chocolate mousse onto the fondant, leaving space for garnish.
- Garnish as desired, for example with caramel cubes, a topping, or chocolate shards.
