Alsa Sweet Chocolate

A beautiful caramel panna cotta combined with chocolate mousse and chocolate cake: a true explosion of flavors!Let your guests enjoy a delicious combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

7.5Whipped cream
195gAlsa panna cotta mix
7.5Semi-skimmed milk
90gsalted caramel paste

2Semi-skimmed milk
520gchocolate fondant mix

192gAlsa chocolate mousse
4Water

caramel cubes
Alsa caramel sea salt topping
chocolate shards

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk and cream to a boil.
  2. Add the panna cotta mix and bring to a boil again.
  3. Add the salted caramel paste.
  4. Let cool to 35°C.
  5. Fill the glasses to 1/3 full.
  6. Let set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk with the mix until smooth.
  2. Grease a cake tin with spray. Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 175°C.
  3. Let cool.

  1. Mix the mix with water.
  2. Whip the mixture for 3-4 minutes at high speed.
  3. Put the mousse in a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice.

  1. Break the fondant into small pieces.
  2. Place the cake on the caramel panna cotta.
  3. Pipe the chocolate mousse onto the fondant, leaving space for garnish.
  4. Garnish as desired, for example with caramel cubes, a topping, or chocolate shards.
