Ingredients

50mlTwo Shores Amarone Finish
25mlFresh lime juice
10mlSugar syrup
2units.itemsIce cubes
50mlSparkling water
Lime wedge

Preparation

  1. Put the mint leaves and lime juice in a glass. Gently muddle the mint leaves to release the aromas.
  2. Add the Two Shores Amarone Finish and the sugar syrup.
  3. Stir well to combine the flavors.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
  5. Stir the ingredients well and garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
