Aperol Spritz with a scoop of blood orange ice cream, plenty of edible flowers, and the characteristic Christmas ‘candy cane’.

Tip: this dish is delicious in combination with a Prosecco.

Preparation

Caramelized onions

  1. Pick the flowers from the stems and mix them into a cheerful blend.
  2. Scoop 1 ball of blood orange sorbet into a glass.
  3. Add 35 ml Aperol and top up the glass with cold prosecco.
  4. Sprinkle the flower petals over the drink.
  5. Garnish with the Christmas chocolate.
