
Artichoke with black garlic and smoked eel
With crème fraîche and pomegranate.Ingredients
Smoked eel
1Artichoke
black garlic cream
1Lemon
Crème fraîche
Pomegranate seeds
Preparation
- Cook the artichoke in water with 2 halves of lemon until done.
- Peel the leaves and trim the base.
- Place a piece of smoked eel on the artichoke and secure with a skewer.
- Pipe a little black garlic cream and crème fraîche onto the eel and add pomegranate seeds on top.
