Ingredients: 70 ml Coconut milk; 1 units.items Espresso; 45 ml Bandoeng Pandan Liqueur; 1 units.items Pineapple; Long drink glass; 15 ml Monin coconut syrup

Iced coffee based on Bandoeng Pandan liqueur, coconut syrup, and coconut milk.

Preparation

Put the liqueur, syrup, and coconut milk with ice cubes in the blender. Blend for about 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
Slowly pour the espresso on top.
Serve with a piece of spekkoek Pandan.
