Long drink glass
15mlMonin coconut syrup
Preparation
- Put the liqueur, syrup, and coconut milk with ice cubes in the blender. Blend for about 10 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
- Slowly pour the espresso on top.
- Serve with a piece of spekkoek Pandan.
