Preparation
- Mix the De Vegetarische Slager NoBeef Vegan pieces with Hellmann's Citrus Vinaigrette and the soy sauce.
- Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse them cold.
- Clean the sugar snaps, halve them, and briefly blanch them.
- Slice the spring onion into rings, peel the cucumber, and cut it into diagonal pieces.
- Finely chop the mint and coriander.
- Toss the vegetables together with the rice noodles and herbs with Hellmann's Citrus Vinaigrette.
- Divide the rice noodle salad among the bowls. Spoon the De Vegetarische Slager NoBeef Vegan pieces on top and finish with the crispy bits.
