Asian NoBeef slices rice noodle salad

Ingredients

750gThe Vegetarian Butcher NoBeef Vegan Beef Pieces
100gSweet & Spicy Soy Sauce
4gLime zest
225gRice noodles
350gSugar snaps
350gCucumber
150gSpring onions
15gMint
20gCoriander
1Hellmann's Citrus Vinaigrette
15gsliced almonds
15gFried onions
15gRoasted sesame seeds
15gCoconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix the De Vegetarische Slager NoBeef Vegan pieces with Hellmann's Citrus Vinaigrette and the soy sauce.
  2. Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse them cold.
  3. Clean the sugar snaps, halve them, and briefly blanch them.
  4. Slice the spring onion into rings, peel the cucumber, and cut it into diagonal pieces.
  5. Finely chop the mint and coriander.
  6. Toss the vegetables together with the rice noodles and herbs with Hellmann's Citrus Vinaigrette.
  7. Divide the rice noodle salad among the bowls. Spoon the De Vegetarische Slager NoBeef Vegan pieces on top and finish with the crispy bits.
