The grain genever from Filliers is smooth and balanced.The jenever has matured for eight years in American oak barrels. The aging process makes the flavor of the juniper berry milder, but the spicy bitterness is still present.

Ingredients

50mlFilliers Barrel Aged Genever 8 Y.O.
a few drops of herbal bitters
150mlGinger ale
lime wedge
Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 50 ml Barrel Aged Genever 8 Y.O. and the herbal bitters.
  3. Top up with 150 ml ginger ale.
