Preparation

  1. Clean the bimi, blanch, and cool.
  2. Mix mascarpone with pesto (approx. 2 to 24) (see basic vegetable pesto recipe below).
  3. Dip the bimi in the pesto mascarpone and stand them upright in the puffed quinoa.
