Grated orange zest
90mlCold coffee
45mlMatusalem Gran Reserva 15
Maldon salt
Salted liquid caramel
Preparation
- Brush the side of the glass with the liquid caramel and sprinkle with Maldon salt.
- Measure the ingredients and pour them into the glass.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Finish the cocktail with freshly grated orange zest.
