Ingredients

  1. Mix the caster sugar, salt, egg, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the cinnamon, five spice powder, carbonated water, and all-purpose flour and mix briefly.
  3. Then add the grated carrot, mango cubes, and walnut.
  4. Spread over the cake base.
  5. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.

  1. Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, lime juice, and lime zest.
  2. Add the cream cheese.
  3. Finish the cake with the cream cheese frosting, carrot sprouts, and pistachio.
