Bordalou with red beet and apple

With the single-serving Bordalou pastry base, you can quickly create a variety of summer tarts, such as this surprising Bordalou with beetroot and apple.

Ingredients

cooked red beets
crispy yogurt bites
Bordalou base
apples

Preparation

  1. Cut the beets and apples into long slices. Stack them and roll up tightly.
  2. Cut the roll into 1 cm slices and cover the Bordalou with them. Bake in the oven.
  3. Garnish with crispy yogurt pieces.
