Brioche with smoked chicken, peach and gorgonzola

Take a slice of robust bread, top with various ingredients, pop it in the oven for a moment and voilà, you have a pain gratiné.

Ingredients

1Peach
1brioche bread
100gsmoked chicken
Gorgonzola

Preparation

  1. Slice a piece of brioche bread and top with smoked chicken.
  2. Clean the peach and cut into wedges. Place the wedges on the smoked chicken.
  3. Spoon a little honey over the peach.
  4. Crumble the cheese over the peach and place in a hot oven or under the salamander.
