kataifi dough strands
coarse pesto
Preparation
- Melt the butter together with the oil.
- Place the kataifi dough in the pan.
- Cut open the top of the burrata and, using a piping bag, fill it with pesto.
- Remove the dough strands from the butter and squeeze out the moisture.
- Wrap the burrata in the dough and place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve the dish on a bed of salad.
