Café Brûlée Martini

We used the Cremissimo espresso beans from Musetti (20118043) for this winter coffee and served this coffee in the Timeless martini glass (61011800).

Ingredients

15mlMonin caramel syrup
35mlMelody Crema Catalana
1Espresso
1kletskop
Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Pour the liqueur, syrup, and espresso together with ice cubes into a shaker.
  2. Shake for about 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the drink into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a kletskop.
