The Caribbean Grapefruit Highball is a delicious summer cocktail based on whiskey.Single Malt with a tropical twist from aging in barrels previously used for Caribbean rum and from the rich notes of caramel and toffee, followed by tropical fruit.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
50mlThe Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
200mlPink Grapefruit soda
Grapefruit slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour The Glenlivet into the glass and top up with the Pink Grapefruit soda.
  3. Stir well and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
