Caribbean latte

This Caribbean coffee is deliciously tropical, especially when you serve it in a pineapple glass.

Ingredients

120mlWhole milk
Whipped cream
10mlMonin vanilla syrup
30mlEspresso
10mlMonin Caribbean rum syrup
chocolate sprinkles
pineapple glass

Preparation

  1. Add the syrups to the glass.
  2. Froth the milk and brew the espresso.
  3. Swirl the milk and pour it into the glass.
  4. Let the milk rest so the foam and milk can separate.
  5. Carefully pour the espresso through the milk foam.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
