Cazadores Paloma

Refreshing Mexican cocktail with Cazadores Reposado, grapefruit, lime juice, agave syrup, and sparkling water. Served with a salt and sugar rim.Cazadores Reposado is an aged, authentic Mexican tequila made with 100% Blue Weber agave and comes from the highlands of Jalisco in Mexico. Delicious in a Cazadores Paloma cocktail.

Ingredients

15mlAgave syrup
30mlSparkling water
45mlCazadores Reposado
85mlFresh grapefruit juice
15mlFreshly squeezed lime juice
Sugar
Salt
grapefruit wedge
Ice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in a shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a salt rim, sugar rim, and a grapefruit wedge.
