Ingredients

1.5units.centiliterHeering cherry liqueur
Rice noodles
6units.centiliterrosé cava
3units.centilitercherry purée
1.5units.centiliterpink 47 gin

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Mix the gin, cherry liqueur, and cherry purée in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir until cold.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with the rosé cava.
  4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and crispy fried rice noodle.
