Sunny, fresh and tropical: coconut ice cream and lemon lemonade for a sparkling summer!A soda float is a combination of soft drink and (ice) cream, where the ice cream is served in a glass with sparkling drink. The reaction with the carbonation creates foam, resulting in an airy texture and an 'Instagram worthy' appearance.

1Dried lime slice

Coconut ice cream

Grated lemon

2Scoops of Mövenpick

Fritz-Limo Lemon

Preparation

Place the glass in the freezer beforehand.
Pour a little Fritz-Limo Lemon into the glass.
Add a scoop of ice cream to the glass for a nice 'frothy' effect.
Pour the soda over this and top with another scoop of ice cream for the ultimate float.
Grate a little lemon over the soda float and finish with a dried lime slice.
