Ingredients

Whipped cream
1Espresso
Concerto Glass
Ice cubes
80mlCoconut milk
Coconut flakes
30mlMalibu

Preparation

  1. Put the ice cream, coconut milk, and Malibu in the blender (or use an immersion blender).
  2. Blend briefly.
  3. Pour the drink into the glass. Then add the cooled espresso.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with ground coffee and coconut flakes.
