Preparation
- Mix the sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the malto over them until the top of the seeds is completely covered.
- Now mix in a little bit of water with a spoon, just enough to dissolve the malto.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking mat, place a second baking mat on top, and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven at 80°C until crispy.
