
Cranberry scones
Cranberry scones have a crispy exterior and are soft on the inside, with sweet and tangy berries. Perfect with tea or as a treat.Pastry by Lynn. Remarkably fine patisserie.
Ingredients
dried cranberries
450gmuffin mix
250gWater
150gOil
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for 3 - 4 minutes in a stand mixer on medium speed.
- Line tall metal rings with a diameter of 5 centimeters with baking paper and fill with 80 grams of batter.
- Sprinkle some cranberries on top.
- Bake in the oven at 165°C for 25 - 30 minutes.
