Ingredients: 100 ml Boiling water; 1 Bag of Mondiano Earl Grey tea; 40 ml Vodka; 1 Honey; Ice cubes; 0.5 Lime; 0.5 Grapefruit

The Earl Grey Martini is a cocktail based on Earl Grey tea, vodka, honey, grapefruit, and lime.

1Bag of Mondiano Earl Grey tea

40mlVodka

1Honey

Ice cubes

0.5Lime

0.5Grapefruit

Preparation

Brew a strong tea by letting the tea bag steep in hot water. Let it cool and stir in the honey until dissolved.
Pour this together with the vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
Garnish with a skewer holding a wedge of grapefruit and lime.
