Fresh watermelon lemonade

Tip: this lime is very tasty with snacks featuring raw ham.

Ingredients

20mlWater
Soda Siphon
Icing sugar
1lime (juiced)
CO2 cartridges
700mlwatermelon puree

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Strain the mixture and transfer to a Soda Siphon.
  3. Carbonate with a CO2 cartridge.
  4. Serve with plenty of ice and a garnish of watermelon.
