Prawn bisque with salmon and plaice

Prawn bisque with salmon and plaice. We used bisque made from North Sea brown shrimp (38100120).

Ingredients

50gSalmon fillet
25gDutch grey shrimp
10Prawns
50gPlaice fillet
grey shrimp bisque

Preparation

  1. Fry the salmon fillet, plaice fillet, and prawns in a pan. Place them in a warm deep plate and keep warm. Add the Dutch shrimp. Bring the grey shrimp bisque to just below boiling.
  2. Spoon into the deep plate, add a few sprigs of watercress, and serve immediately.
