Glengoyne Honey Bee

Fresh whisky cocktail with Glengoyne 10YO, honey, lemon, and thyme. Sweet, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients

30mlWater
Lemon slice
15mlHoney
Sprig of thyme
20mlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes
50mlGlengoyne 10YO Single Malt

Preparation

  1. Make sure you have a cocktail shaker and a glass ready.
  2. Add the honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the 50 ml Glengoyne 10YO Single Malt and the water to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  5. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until everything is well mixed and chilled.
  6. Strain the mix into a glass filled with ice cubes or into a chilled cocktail glass.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of thyme for an extra fresh touch.
