Ingredients

7gEspresso
10mlMonin Speculoos
120mlWhole milk
Latte Surface glass

Preparation

  1. Put 1 pump of syrup (10 ml) in the glass.
  2. Froth the milk in a jug. Carefully pour the milk foam over the syrup.
  3. Brew espresso in a small jug. Slowly pour the espresso into the center of the glass.
  4. Garnish with some speculaas crumble.
