Crunch based on rice flour

You can use sesame or poppy seeds for this crisp.

Ingredients

4Egg whites
Sesame seeds
100gRice flour

Preparation

  1. Mix the rice flour with the egg whites.
  2. Season to taste (salt, spices, etc.).
  3. Let the batter set in the fridge.
  4. Spread thinly on a baking mat and sprinkle with sesame seeds (poppy seeds). Bake for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius until crispy.
