Preparation
- Mix the rice flour with the egg whites.
- Season to taste (salt, spices, etc.).
- Let the batter set in the fridge.
- Spread thinly on a baking mat and sprinkle with sesame seeds (poppy seeds). Bake for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius until crispy.
