Crispy goat cheese

Goat cheese baked in kataifi dough.

Ingredients

Smoke oil
Fresh goat cheese
Sunflower oil
Egg white
Smoked paprika powder
kataifi dough

Preparation

  1. Roll the goat cheese into nice balls.
  2. Let the kataifi dough thaw and pull the strands apart.
  3. Dip the goat cheese in egg white and then roll it in the kataifi dough.
  4. Dip the whole thing again in egg white, squeeze well, and press the dough tightly around it. Store in the fridge until use.
  5. For serving, make a nice oil from, for example, sunflower oil, smoked oil, and smoked paprika powder, and fry the goat cheese balls in it until crispy and hot.
  6. Roll the goat cheese balls well in the oil while frying so they cook evenly.
