Preparation
- Heat the cream together with the limoncello.
- Dissolve the soaked sheet gelatin in the warm mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the white chocolate and mix.
- Grate lemon zest into the mousse for extra freshness.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Then whip it in a machine with a whisk until it becomes a creamy mousse.
- Fill the cannoli with the limoncello mousse.
- Garnish both ends of the cannoli with puffed rice.
- Place a cup of lemon-lime sorbet in the OneShot machine.
- Dispense as a soft serve into a cup.
- Garnish the ice cream with a fresh sprig of lemon balm.
- Serve the filled cannoli and the ice cream together with an ice-cold glass of limoncello.
