Ingredients

300gCream
115gWhite chocolate
Lemon zest
35gLimoncello
3gleaf gelatin

1OneShot lemon-lime sorbet
puffed rice
Cannoli's
Limoncello
Lemon balm

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream together with the limoncello.
  2. Dissolve the soaked sheet gelatin in the warm mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture over the white chocolate and mix.
  4. Grate lemon zest into the mousse for extra freshness.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Then whip it in a machine with a whisk until it becomes a creamy mousse.

  1. Fill the cannoli with the limoncello mousse.
  2. Garnish both ends of the cannoli with puffed rice.
  3. Place a cup of lemon-lime sorbet in the OneShot machine.
  4. Dispense as a soft serve into a cup.
  5. Garnish the ice cream with a fresh sprig of lemon balm.
  6. Serve the filled cannoli and the ice cream together with an ice-cold glass of limoncello.
