Make this 'Italian Spritz' using the sodamaker. In this spritz, you will find the flavors of basil, limoncello, and prosecco.

Ingredients

500mlCitrus & Basil Syrup
20units.itemsbasil leaves
Water (5 parts to 1 part syrup)
500mlSmoked Lime Syrup
Soda siphon
CO2 cartridge

30mlBasil soda
60mlLimoncello
90mlProsecco
Crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Blend the syrups and basil leaves well and strain the mixture.
  2. Mix this with water (ratio: 1 part syrup to 5 parts water).
  3. Transfer to a soda siphon and charge with one CO2 cartridge.
