
Love chocolate
Heart of white chocolate and blood orange.This recipe consists of:
- White chocolate mousse
- Blood orange jelly
Ingredients
6gGelatin sheets
100gMilk
240gBlanc Satin chocolate
250gWhipped cream
silicone mold micro love n.5
1Gelatin sheet
3.5gKappa
50gBeetroot juice
yogurt crisp
Blood orange
crispy forest
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets.
- Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Pour the warm milk over the chocolate and wait until the chocolate is nicely melted.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the melted chocolate.
- Fill the heart-shaped mold with the mixture.
- Soak the gelatin sheet.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and bring gently to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the soaked gelatin sheet.
- Keep warm for assembly.
- Press the hearts out of the mold and skewer them.
- Dip the hearts for 1 second in the blood orange jelly.
- Place in the fridge.
- Place the hearts on a fork and garnish with crispy forest, yogurt crisp, and a piece of blood orange.
