Ice cubes
4Prosecco
4METAXA 5 Stars
Peach wedge
3Dashes of peach bitters or peach juice

Preparation

  1. Fill a balloon or wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour the METAXA, Prosecco, peach bitters or juice, and the tonic into the glass and stir.
  3. Garnish with a peach wedge.
