These mini poffers made from baby potatoes in their skins are delicious when prepared on the barbecue.At Peka, they have elevated preparations with potato as the main ingredient to a true art form.
Ingredients

200gHerb butter
100gGrated cheese

Preparation
- Cut the baby potatoes lengthwise.
- Place the baby potatoes on a baking tray or oven dish lined with baking paper.
- Pipe herb butter into the cut baby potatoes.
- Sprinkle with red onion rings and pepper and salt.
- Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 175°C fan.
- Tip: cover the oven dish with aluminum foil to prepare on the barbecue.
