Nachos with minced meat, barbecue sauce and cheddar

Crispy nachos with spicy minced meat, smoky barbecue sauce and melted cheddar: the ultimate snack classic.

Ingredients

nacho cheese tortilla chips
Ground beef
Diced tomatoes
Bourbon Whiskey BBQ sauce
Grated mozzarella
red onion rings
Grated cheddar
chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Season the minced meat and fry until loose. Put the tortilla chips in a pan and spoon the minced meat on top. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
  2. Top with diced tomatoes, onion rings, and chopped parsley.
  3. Then sprinkle with some grated mozzarella and grated cheddar.
  4. Place in an oven at 180°C until the cheeses have melted.
