Nachos with tomato, mozzarella and sausage

Sausage with nachos = a golden combo.

Ingredients

round tortilla chips
fresh sausage
traditional pasta sauce
Bell pepper
Mushrooms
onion rings (halved)
Grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Put a bit of seasoned pasta sauce in an ovenproof pan.
  2. Stick the tortilla chips into it.
  3. Cut the fresh sausage into cubes and the bell pepper and mushrooms into slices.
  4. Sprinkle the meat and vegetables on and between the chips.
  5. Finish with half onion rings and grated mozzarella.
  6. Place in an oven at 180°C until the cheese has melted.
