Pan of dumplings

Ingredients

1Garlic grater
2Soy sauce
Fresh grated ginger
Sesame oil
0.5Red chili (finely chopped)
Kimchi noodles
2Spring onions
750mlChicken stock

Mini chicken bapao
Dumpling mix

Sesame seeds
Cast iron frying pan
Crispy chili oil
Finely sliced spring onion

Preparation

  1. Heat a little sesame oil in a pan.
  2. Briefly fry the spring onion, grated garlic, red chili, and grated ginger.
  3. Deglaze with soy sauce and chicken stock.
  4. Add some kimchi noodles and let them soften in the broth.

  1. Steam the dumplings and mini bapao in a steamer basket until warm.

  1. Spoon the warm broth into the Cast Iron frying pan.
  2. Distribute the noodles over the broth.
  3. Place the steamed dumplings and mini bapao on top.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds, crispy chili oil, and finely chopped spring onion.
