Papa Negroni

Negroni with Don Papa Rum, sweet vermouth and Aperol. Served on ice, garnished with rosemary and grapefruit for a fresh twist.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
Grapefruit slice
Rosemary
25mlSweet vermouth
45mlDon Papa Rum
30mlApérol

Preparation

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice, add the bitter Apérol, vermouth, and Don Papa Rum.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
