Ingredients

Sandwich delight
Chorizo
pita XL
Basque sheep cheese
red onion sauce

Preparation

  1. Defrost a pita XL and cut in half. Spread both sides with Sandwich delight.
  2. Slice fresh chorizo into thin slices.
  3. Cut Basque sheep's cheese into small pieces.
  4. Top the bread with the chorizo slices and cheese, place the top on, and make toasties in a sandwich press.
  5. Serve with a red onion sauce.
