3Sriracha sauce
1kgchicken wings
2cloves of garlic, pressed
70mlLiquid honey
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade. Shake briefly so they are all nicely coated.
- Place the wings on a baking tray, baste with the remaining marinade, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Turn them over and bake for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.
