Pornstar Martini

The fresh and sweet taste of passion fruit makes Passoã an indispensable ingredient in a Pornstar Martini cocktail.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
10mlLime juice
40mlPassoã
10mlBols vanilla
20mlpassion fruit purée
40mlBols Vodka
0.5units.itemspassion fruit

Preparation

  1. Pre-chill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the Passoã, Bols Vodka, Bols Vanilla, lime juice, and passion fruit purée into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds for a good foam layer.
  4. Fine-strain into the chilled cocktail glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
