Pulled wild boar and steamed buns

In this dish, we combine pulled wild boar with colored steamed buns.

Ingredients

100gRed cabbage
50gSushi su
250gpulled wild boar
3steamed buns
Suiker lettuce
Caesar dressing

Preparation

  1. Finely slice the red cabbage and place in the sushi su.
  2. Heat the pulled pork and steam the buns in a steaming basket or in the steamer.
  3. Place the pulled pork between the steamed buns.
  4. Add some sliced sugarloaf lettuce and the pickled red cabbage on top.
  5. Serve with caesar dressing.
