Raclette cheese slices
raclette potato gratin

Preparation

  1. Let the brioche bread thaw and cut a thick slice.
  2. Place some potato gratin on the bread and cover with a slice of raclette cheese.
  3. Toast in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted.
